On January 16, 2017, through the patch.com website, it was announced that Goettl Air Conditioning has acquired two additional Las Vegas Companies, Las Vegas Air and Paradise Air.

Goettl Air Conditioning, specializing in heating, ventilation and air conditioning work, has been in business for over 70 years. The company was founded by the Goettl brothers, Adam and Gust Goetti in 1939 in Phoenix, Arizona. Since that time, the company’s operations have grown throughout the Southwest, includes areas of Phoenix, Arizona and Nevada.

Thus, these latest two acquisitions expands their position in the Southwest United States. Though strong in the residential side of the business, these two acquired companies will helps to expand, and strengthen Goettl’s plumbing services in the commercial sector. On the commercial side, they will now be able to offer businesses, such as multi-family properties and strip malls their services.

Both companies that have been acquired by Goettl, feel that it will help their companies to expand their services to a larger market. So, not only is it a win-win for the companies and it’s employees, but it is a win-win for Goettl Air Conditioning.

Goettl Air Conditioning’s current CEO is Kenneth Goodrich. He has lead his company into helping people within the community. For instance, he created the J. Duncan Goodrich Air Conditioning Technology Endowment, which gives students scholarships so that they can begin a career in HVAC. The company has donated free air conditioners to schools that have been vandalized. In May of 2016, the company awarded a student and veteran of the College of Southern Nevada, $1000 worth of tools to be used in the next phase of his career in HVAC.
